Description
Built in the 16th century, it has two floors with four windows on the main façade, the middle ones being twinned in the Manueline style. It goes by various names, such as Casa do Arco, or the lesser-used Palácio dos Marqueses de Vila Real or Casa da Torre, and is located on the city's main avenue. The windows are carved with imposing arches.
At the top of this façade there are battlements which justify the name Casa das Torres.
