Description
It is located in the old building of the Rede Primary School, in the parish of Vila Marim, next to the Rede train station. The museum is a tribute to the memory of the municipality's riverside people and to the boats that used to transport wine from the Douro Demarcated Region to Porto - the Barcos Rabelos. It has a screening room for films about the history and voyages of the Rabelo Boats and a space dedicated to handicrafts and the county's endogenous products.
