Description
The journey to the Ermida follows an uphill path through tracks and dense pine forests, and its own vegetation (gorse, heather, carqueja). It is one of the most beautiful places in terms of landscape and nature, where many nature lovers come to see the Golden Eagle.
From here you can see the typical terraced vineyards of the Douro, in contrast to the staggering slopes of the Marão.
