Description
The chapel, dedicated to Nossa Senhora Da Viso, is centuries old and is located on the hill of Viso, where it offers a panoramic view over the region. Due to its high altitude, it is possible to see a large area, including the Douro and the chapel of S. Salvador do Mundo (S. João da Pesqueira), to the NW. To the east you can see Numão Castle, the viewpoint of S. Martinho de Seixas, the town of Lousa (Moncorvo) and, all around, the wine-growing landscape.
