Description
The Pedregal Miradouro, also known as the Alto da Escrita viewpoint, is located at an altitude of approximately 769 meters, in the hills above the town of Tabuaço, built on top of a cliff, next to the 515-1 municipal road that leads to Vale Figueira.
This viewpoint is a must-see. It is made up of a dirt square, bordered by natural trees of native species, from where you can enjoy the magnificent view over the town of Tabuaço, to the north and the mountain tattooed with vineyards that swallows your eyes, with the river Douro, which you can't see but can guess at, beyond the slopes of Tabuaço.
