Description
Solar dos Carvalhos is located in the historic center of the town of Sernancelhe. The manor house was founded around the 17th century and is said to be the building where Sebastião José de Carvalho e Melo, better known as the Marquis of Pombal, was born and spent part of his childhood. Today, the manor house has been converted into local accommodation where you can stay in an environment full of tradition and customs.
