Municipal Library

The Municipal Library is located on the second floor of the old Paços do Concelho building (in the center of the village). It is a space with a consultation room, reading room, group work room, adult section, children's section, children's space for story time and a multipurpose room that serves essentially for activities of the most diverse specificities. It is a cultural, welcoming, freely accessible, lively space, open to all potential readers: teachers, researchers, workers, retirees, housewives, students, unemployed, adults, children. The Library also provides its users with a space with computers where you can consult all the documentation on CD existing in the library, consult the general catalog of the library and access the INTERNET. The Library has a vast and diversified collection of documents covering all areas of knowledge. It also has a section of periodicals (daily and regional newspapers and magazines).
