Casa Nova Velha, like the name suggests, is an old house with a touch of modernity, all the decoration has been thought out in detail and all the rooms have a distinctive touch with themes related to the region. It is surrounded by countryside and what you hear most is the sound of birds, it has a very immersive outdoor space that you should enjoy and that leads you to introspection. Hosting people allows us to travel without leaving home. When you visit us, you'll feel that we are more than just hosts, we are friends who are ready to help you and make all our experience of the region available to you so that you can discover it too. We're very communicative, we like painting, exploring the countryside and we don't eat meat or fish, but we're fine with anyone who does and we'll show you places where you can enjoy quality food. We want our customers to understand what it's like to live in a small village and to spread the word about our culture, what we produce, namely wine (since we're in the heart of the Douro), almonds (which give us a breathtaking view of the almond blossom), olive oil, in short, everything that individualises and identifies us.
