Description
It is at the top of Monte Castelo, the highest point in the town of Sernancelhe, that we find the remains of the walls of the Castle of Sernancelhe as well as the Porta do Sol (Gate of the Sun), where the first steps were taken to build the municipality, which predates the foundation of nationality.
