Description
Quinta da Salada, with about 8 hectares of vineyards, is located in the parish of Cambres, municipality of Lamego, in the Douro Wine Demarcated Region, in the spot classified as World Heritage, 3.5 km from the city of Peso da Régua and 6 km from the city of Lamego. Our accommodation unit resulted from the recovery and remodelling of the old Casa dos Caseiros, transformed into a charming accommodation unit, with 6 rooms and an outdoor pool for the exclusive use of our guests.
The centrepiece of Quinta da Salada is the Main House. In the surroundings there is the chapel, the caretakers' house, the orange grove and the colossal cypress tree. The Salada farm has been in the family since the 19th century. The chapel and main house date from the early 18th century.
